StaffBase has written a Knowledgebase article  that talks about how to send your email from the web.  They go over the basics, and the next steps will go over the details of how BSPH 

  1. Build your email
  2. Send your test
  3. Go to the Drafts page
    1. Find your email
    2. Click on Send or Schedule
    3. Click into the distribution list, and select as many as you want(BSPH - Faculty(bsph.faculty@lists.jh.edu), BSPH - Staff(bsph.staff@lists.jh.edu), BSPH - BSPH - Students(bsph.student@lists.jh.edu))
    4. Subject, make sure the subject is correct
    5. Use the Display email Dropdown and select the @mail624.jh.edu email that you wish to use.
    6. Display name, you can change it 
    7. Reply email: do not change this
    8. Schedule send – optional, select the date and time. 
  1. Click Send now or Save Schedule
